Return and refund policy
We ship our products as many countries as possible for competitive prices.
In order to do so, we have a strict return policy for international purchases. Please see below.
Since we are shipping overseas from Japan, we can only accept returns and exchanges for defective merchandise.
If you believe you have received a defective product, please contact us at email@example.com within 7 days of delivery of your merchandise. If you want to return the delivered item for a refund, store credit or exchange must contact us for refunds/exchange authorization
We are able to accept the exchange of a non-defective product, but you are responsible for covering the shipping costs(conditions may apply). Please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org for details.
•Returns and exchanges are subject to inspection upon receipt. All packages, including original containers and product labels, must be unmarked and not defaced in any manner.
•Used products are not eligible for returns and exchanges.
•Due to hygienic reasons, socks, knee pads, and elbow pads are not eligible for return once opened.
•We cannot assume responsibility for lost shipments on return. Please retain your tracking number for your reference.
We are shipping out all the products using EMS (Express Mail Service) by JAPAN POST.
Shipping Charges are as follows. The products are delivered from 5- 7 business days from your order.
Please keep in mind that as for all foreign purchases outside of Japan, there is a possibility for the additional charges for the customs of the country. Unfortunately, we cannot hold responsible for any customs charges and cannot refund for the customs duty.
